What is The Happiness Hub ?
The Happiness Hub (THH) is a non-profit therapy service platform that connects people in need of mental health counselling to licensed volunteer counsellors/therapists/students, as well as providing resources to other supportive services.
What kinds of concerns can THH offer help with?
People seek help from THH for various problems. Our team of volunteers provide support to adults and children, as well as individuals, couples, and families. Typical issues bought up by people include Anxiety, Depression, Abuse, Relationship problems, Loss, Grief and Life Transitions.
Who is eligible to receive counselling?
EVERYONE!
What does it cost?

Where do I visit for counselling?
THH volunteer counsellors are located throughout India - if you have already filled the Intake Form or have registered through a call, you will be connected to a professional who is close to you. Services are available via video conferencing or over a voice call.
How will I be connected with a counsellor?
After you contact The Happiness Hub, you will be scheduled for a private phone interview with a member of our clinical staff within one to three business days. However, if we are receiving a high number of calls, the wait time for the interview may be longer. During this interview, you will have the opportunity to discuss your concerns and why you are interested in therapy.
At The Happiness Hub, we understand that each therapy request is unique, and we customize our services to meet your specific needs. We recognize the importance of connecting you with a therapist who is a good fit for you. When matching you with a counsellor, we consider factors such as your preferences for the counsellor's expertise, gender, and therapy style.
Once a suitable match is found, you will receive the contact details of your therapist, and you can then schedule your first therapy session.
How does The Happiness Hub receive referrals?
If you want to recommend someone you know to THH, please request them to get in touch with us directly through email to arrange an interview. If you are a service provider and want to inquire if THH is suitable for someone you are assisting, please send us an email at thehappinesshub.co@gmail.com.
